In the current phase, Nites Alliance runs as an independent “alliance and membership layer” without touching your inventory or starting price wars, continually bringing alliance guests and direct bookings back to you.

Pricing & benefits
Simple banded monthly subscription. No commissions — fees adjust based on room count, ADR, and the number of properties under the same brand.
- •Founding hotels enjoy an extended free period under the launch program.
- •Refundable deposit: if we don’t continue after the free period, the deposit is refunded (minus payment processing fees).
- •We support direct bookings only; guest and booking data belong to the property.
- •No commission. Fixed monthly subscription based on band, room count, ADR and number of properties.
Estimate your monthly fee
Enter your country/region, room count, ADR (in your chosen currency), and how many properties under the same brand will go live. For multiple properties, use the largest property’s room count and ADR as a baseline.
Band: Japan / Korea / Singapore / Hong Kong / Macau
If your properties vary greatly in size, use the property with the most rooms as the reference.
Use that same property’s ADR as the reference as well.
If you manage multiple properties under one brand, enter the total number going live in this phase.
This is an estimate. Final pricing will follow the same band + room count + ADR + property count formula confirmed at onboarding.
