Terms of Use

Supplemental terms (e.g., product- or campaign-specific) may apply and are incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice as required by law. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

The Services are intended for users aged 18+. Where permitted by law, a minor may use the Services with parental/guardian consent and supervision.

You may be required to register an account. Keep your credentials confidential and ensure information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Information on the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would contravene law or subject us to registration requirements. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Services are not designed to meet sector-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA). Do not use the Services where such regulations apply unless we expressly agree in writing.

Accepted payment methods and currencies are as displayed at checkout. Prices, taxes, and fees (including any currency conversion or issuer/bank fees) will be shown before you confirm payment. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected method for the amounts due. We may correct pricing errors even after submission.

We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, bulk/resale activity). If applicable, hotel partner terms and rate rules also apply to bookings.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will display renewal terms and prices at purchase and provide advance notice of any price change as required by law. You can cancel anytime in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

• Subscriptions: fees are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of duplicate/erroneous charges attributable to us (credit or refund may be provided).
• Bookings/Redemptions: changes and cancellations are allowed per the specific hotel/rate/offer rules shown at booking. Some rates are flexible; others may be partially or fully non-refundable. No-show may result in charges and forfeiture of points used.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including (without limitation) unlawful activity, harassment, security circumvention, automated scraping/data mining without permission, reverse engineering except as permitted by law, or creating undue burden on our infrastructure.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“Contributions”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, adapt, publish, publicly display and distribute your Contributions only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide and improve the Services (including backups, moderation, and displaying reviews on our Sites). We do not sell your Contributions. Processing of any personal data within Contributions is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may delete your Contributions; residual copies may persist in routine backups for a limited time.

The Services may link to third-party sites or content. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and governed by those sites’ terms and policies.

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://nattynites.club/policy/privacy. Our Services are primarily hosted in Singapore; cross-border transfers may occur as described in our Privacy Policy.

We and our licensors own the Services, including code, designs, and content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.

To report copyright infringement, email [email protected] with: (i) your contact details; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) identification of the infringing material and its location; (iv) a good-faith statement; (v) a statement that you are authorised to act; and (vi) your signature.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hotels and partners are independent entities; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Subject to the foregoing, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event, or (b) S$100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nattynites and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or your infringement of third-party rights.

We may monitor, suspend, or restrict access where reasonably necessary (e.g., security, abuse). We may change or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You consent to receive notices and records electronically and agree that electronic signatures and records have the same force and effect as written ones, to the extent permitted by law.

We may retain data related to your use of the Services for operational, security, and legal purposes. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for loss or corruption of data to the extent permitted by law.

We currently do not send marketing via SMS/WhatsApp/voice calls. If we do so in future, we will obtain consent or check Singapore Do Not Call Registers unless an exception applies. You may opt out by replying “STOP” or contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

In case of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it in good faith. If unresolved, either party may propose mediation (e.g., at the Singapore Mediation Centre). If mediation is not commenced within 30 days of a written mediation request, or concludes without settlement, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms (together with policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Terms page) are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
